PRIVACY POLICY

The association Studio-galerija KLET, Ilica 73, 10 000 Zagreb, OIB: 86744847407 (hereinafter: Klet) takes care of personal data protection in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Here we explain what data we collect through klet.hr, why, and how we handle it.

What data we collect

  • Contact form – first and last name or organisation name, email address and the content of your message.

  • “Propose your programme” form – the information you enter in the form (name or organisation name, contact details, programme description, etc.) and any files you attach.

  • Newsletter – email address.

We measure site traffic with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not track individual visitors — it only records aggregate data (number of visits, pages visited, country, device type). We do not collect any other data about visitors and we do not use cookies for tracking or advertising.

Why we collect it

We use the data from the forms only to reply to your enquiry, to consider and arrange the proposed programme, and to send the newsletter to those who signed up for it. The legal basis for processing is your consent, or taking steps at your request. We do not sell your data or pass it on to third parties for their own purposes.

Where the data is stored

Messages and applications arrive at Klet's email and are stored in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive and Google Sheets) on the association's account. The website is hosted on Cloudflare. The newsletter is sent through an external newsletter service. These service providers process the data only on Klet's behalf.

How long

We keep enquiries and programme applications for as long as needed for communication and collaboration, and no longer than two years after the last contact, unless a longer period is required by a contract or legal obligation. We keep your newsletter email address until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing and data portability at any time, and you can withdraw your consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Just contact us at [email protected]. If you believe your rights have been violated, you can file a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr).

External content

The Contact page shows a Google Maps map, and some links lead to Instagram, Facebook and Google Drive. When you open or use them, these services may collect data according to their own privacy policies.
